Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes, you can make a purchase on the site without creating an account. Just check out as a guest. That said, we warmly invite you to register, in order to find your delivery tracking or your order tracking at any time. It also allows us to get to know you better, and to provide you with a truly tailor-made service, as well as advantages and special offers designed especially for you.

How can I be sure of the color of my shirt?

We take particular care in the shooting of our products, and we strive to offer you photos that pay tribute to the reality of the fabric. However, the rendering of colors also depends on the calibration of your screen, and we cannot guarantee the absolute conformity of your display with the product. We have also, for greater search and browsing comfort, classified our shirts by color and the previews are displayed for information purposes.

What size to choose?

Our size guide is available on each product sheet. Our shirts fit true and are mostly available from XS to XL. In case of doubt, especially on the chest circumference, we suggest that you take the size above, or send us an email at to ask us for advice, we will answer you as soon as possible and will assist you to place your order.

Can I modify my order (item, size, delivery address) after placing it?

No, you can no longer modify your order directly on the site after placing it. On the other hand, you can write to us at, and if your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to take your changes into account, whether they relate to the size of your item or to your delivery information. However, we regret that we cannot proceed to a reference exchange, or cannot cancel your order, if your means of payment has already been debited: you can of course return your item to us, unworn, in its original packaging, which we we will reimburse you.

I'm having trouble paying online.

You are unable to pay by credit card via the site. Check your card number and its expiry date, the balance of your account or even if you have not exceeded your payment limit. Also check if you have correctly filled in your 3D secure code sent by your bank by SMS or email for a perfectly secure payment! You can also pay for your order by Paypal. If the problem persists, do not hesitate to contact us at, we will assist you in placing your order.

Pre-order and order, how does it go?

If you order an item available immediately and a pre-order product, your entire order will be delivered on the delivery date announced for the pre-order.

What are the delivery times in France and abroad?

We deliver our shirts in France via Colissimo : the delivery time is 2 to 3 working days from the dispatch of your order or via DHL, the delivery time is 1 to 2 days.

Delivery by courier : For residents of Paris and its surroundings , we also offer delivery by courier within 24 hours. Please contact us to book this service directly

We deliver to the rest of the world using DHL : delivery times are relative to the shipping zone and vary between 2 and 8 working days from dispatch or by Colissimo between 3 and 12 working days.

We typically ship orders 24 hours after they are placed, but we may experience supply issues on some models. In case of delay on your shipment, you will be immediately informed by email, if you have created an account on the site and that we have your personal information.

Will I have to pay customs fees upon receipt of the order?

International delivery: Marie Marot does not charge you French VAT. On the other hand, according to the customs formalities of your country, you may have to pay customs clearance costs related to the importation of your order. You will have to pay these customs clearance fees to the carrier upon delivery of your package. The amount of these customs clearance fees depends on import taxes and the regulations applied by the governments of each country. For more information, we invite you to inquire with the customs of your country.

If you refuse to pay these taxes upon receipt of your package, Marie Marot will not bear the additional costs caused by this refusal and will deduct them from your refund upon receipt of your package.

How to benefit from free delivery?

We offer Colissimo delivery in France from 200 euros of purchase; and in the rest of the world, from 400 euros. We sometimes offer delivery below these amounts as part of promotional offers, simply enter the code relating to the offer in the field dedicated to this purpose when placing your order.

Where is my order ?

You can track your order as soon as you receive your Colissimo or DHL tracking number, on the respective platforms of our carriers. Once we have shipped your order, we will send you your tracking number by email. If you have not received your tracking number, you can send us an email to indicating your order number, we will help you find it. We may encounter supply problems in periods and notify you of any possible shipping delays by email in real time.

My item is faulty, or incorrect. What to do ?

If your item has a defect, despite all the care we take in ordering and checking them, send us an email to with one or more photos of your defective item. If your order contains an error or an article not ordered, simply specify us your order number as well as the reference of the article sent by error. Your request will be studied as soon as possible and we will send you a prepaid return form, to exchange your item or refund it to you.

I want to return an item, how do I do that?

You have just received your order and you want to return one or more items that do not suit you. We reimburse items returned in their original condition, unaltered, bearing their label and in their original packaging. Worn, stained or damaged items cannot be refunded.

To obtain your refund, simply send us an email to the following address: and then return your item to us within 14 days of receipt of your order. The shipping costs remain your responsibility, we are doing our best to offer them to you very soon! Once your item has been received, we will proceed with the refund to the credit card used for payment. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as the procedure is effective (allow up to 1 week from receipt of the email for the credit to appear on your account).


1. Try on your makeup-free shirt! A trace of lipstick, although terribly sensual, would no longer allow us to take up your article. Also beware of protruding objects, earrings or jewelry that can snag the fabric and damage it.

2. Above all, do not forget to attach a copy of your invoice which was sent to you by email. Check the returned items if it contained several. Any return without a copy of your invoice cannot be processed by our customer service.
