This been said, we warmly recommend that you log in so you can follow your order and your delivery status anytime. This allows us to know you better, and to provide a truly tailored service, as well as special offers that would really match your expectations.
How can I be sure of my shirt's color?
We bring special care to realistic shooting of our products, and we do our best so our pictures match reality and honor the quality of the fabrics. Though, the rendering of the colors may vary depending on the settings of your computer, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the screen and fabric match. We have also sorted our items by colors and patterns for a better browsing experience, and the previews are displayed as a guideline and cannot be completely accurate.
What size should I pick?
Our size chart is available in every product page. Our shirts have a normal fit, and for most are available from XS to L. As a guideline, XS fits a xx inches chest turn and a xx bra size. S fits a xx inches chest turn and a xx bra size. M fits a xx inches chest turn and a xx bra size. L fits a xx inches chest turn and a xx bra size. Can I change my order after I placed it?
No, you cannot change your order once it’s been processed by the website. But you can still send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org, and if your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we will do our best to modify your order, wether your changes concern the size of your item or your delivery information. We are sorry that we are unable to change your item to another reference, or to cancel your order, if your credit card has already been charged : you can of course return your item, clean, unworn, in its original packaging, and we will be happy to refund your order.
I'm having trouble with online payment.
You cannot pay online with your credit card ? Check its number, its expiry date, the funds on your bank account and the maximum amount of authorized payments and if you have filled your 3D secure code sent by your bank on your mobile or your email. You can also pay with Paypal if it is more convenient. If the problem still occurs, please contact us at email@example.com, we will be happy to assist you in placing your order.
Delivery and returns
What are the delivery time in France and abroad?
We deliver our shirts in France via Colissimo : the delivery time is up to 3 working days starting from the shipping day. We deliver the rest of the world via DHL : the delivery time is up to 5 days starting from shipping day. We generally ship the orders 24 hours after they were placed, but delays may occur in case of stock issues. If your shipment happens to run late, we will immediately inform you by email, if you created an account on the website and we have access to your email address.
For shipments outside of the European Union, the customer will support the local taxation of the country of consumption.
How do I get free shipping?
We offer free France delivery over 100 euros, and worldwide for any order above 400 euros. From time to time, we may offer free delivery as a promotional event, you may type the prom code in the dedicated field at checkout.
What's my order status?
You can track your order as soon as you recieve your Colissimo or DHL tracking number, on the transporters websites or apps. As soon as we ship your order, we will send you a tracking number by email. If you haven’t received your tracking number, please send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order reference number, we will assist you in finding it. Stock issues may occur and we will inform you by email of any shipment delay.
My item is defective, or I received the wrong item.
If your shirt is defective, despite the care and love we bring to processing and controling every order, please send us an email email@example.com, with one or several pictures of your item. If your delivery doesn’t match your order, just let us know your order reference number and the reference of the item that was shipped by mistake. Your request will be processed very quickly and we will send you a prepaid return voucher so we can exchange your item or refund it.
