YOU WISH TO RETURN A PRODUCT
You have received your order and you want to return one or several items that don’t fit you. We refund returned items in their original condition, without deterioration and with their tag in their original packaging. Items that have been worn, stained, or that have been deteriorated in any way may not be refunded.
To get your refund, all you need is to send us an email at this adress email@example.com and to return your item 14 days after the order receipt. The shipping cost remain at your charge, we currently are doing our best to take charge for those soon! Once we received your items, we will proceed the refund on the credit card you provided for the payment. We will send a confirmation email as soon as the procedure will be effective (it can take up to 1 week from our email to actually seeing the credit back on your account).

TO-DO LIST FOR A SMOOTH REFUND PROCEDURE
- Try your shirt with your face clean and make-up free! A red lipstick trace, although sensual, would not allow us to accept your item for refund. Be also extra careful to sharp objects such as jewelry which can hang the fabric and damage it.
- Mostly, don’t forget to attach the copy of your invoice which was in your order at reception. Check the returned items if it contains more than one. Any return without the return voucher cannot be processed by our customer service.
- Send us your item in its original packaging, labeled, with the copy of your invoice slipped in the envelope (do not hesitate to re-use the shipping package!) to the following address:
